Send your legal business name, trading address, website, company or tax number where applicable, delivery address, contact person and the titles or list required.
Terms
Discount, payment, minimum order, carriage, credit, returns and territory are agreed in writing. Credit accounts are subject to approval and may require trade references. Until credit is approved, payment may be required before dispatch.
Metadata and covers
Booksellers may request current title metadata, cover files and catalogue information for legitimate sales activity. Use of files remains subject to our copyright and brand conditions.
Availability
Some titles are imported, limited, print-on-demand or sourced from partner lists. Lead times and returnability may therefore vary by title.
Returns
Trade returns are not governed by consumer cancellation rights. Any returnability must be expressly agreed in the trade terms and may depend on condition, invoice date, authorisation and resale suitability.
